Payment
You can pay using Visa, MasterCard or American Express on our website. Additionally you can also use net-banking to make the payments.
We do offer COD on some of the products, but not all. Please check on the individual product page to verify if the product you are purchasing is eligible for COD.
Returns
In case the item which is received by you is not in the condition as described in the product page, you will receive a full refund for your purchase.
Some items are not returnable, for example the "SWEY Collective Sneakers" as they are made to order. Other items may be returned at a return fee which would be a maximum of 25% of the purchase price.
Shipping
Most orders are shipped the same or the next day once the order is placed. You should expect the delivery of your item in between 1 to 3 days for Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, and within 2 - 5 days for all other emirates.
You can pickup the item from our retail location next to Dubai Mall Fountain within 24 hours of the placement of your order.
Yes, we deliver everywhere across the world, but the delivery charges would vary from region to region.
